Thank you for attending the HireColorado event in Denver. It was an incredible experience connecting with so many talented alumni and capturing your headshots. This page will guide you through accessing your photos and ensuring you get the best results.

Note: Your photo gallery will be live shortly following the event. Look for an email notification at the address you used to register.
Choose your two complimentary (free!) photos by May 31, 2025.

Access Your Gallery

To view your headshots, click on the link in the email notification you received at the time of sign-in. If you lost the original email, no worries! A reminder email will be sent with details.

Select Your Photos

To provide you with the best retouched images, please choose your two favorite photos from the gallery. Follow these simple steps to make your selections:

  1. Click on your gallery link
  2. Browse through your photos
  3. Click on the heart symbol to select the photos for retouching

Selection Deadline – The selection time has passed.

Please choose your two photos on or before May 31, 2025.

Natural Retouching

Selected photos will be retouched for

  1. Color balance
  2. Recover highlights (such as a white shirt)
  3. Opening of shadows (a black sweater or darker side of your face if looking away from the light)
  4. Removal of a singular skin blemish (acne requires advanced retouching)
  5. Removal of the black edge of the beauty box (shows as a dark bar) at the top edge of the photo
  6. Rotation/cropping
  7. Removal of stray hairs
  8. Removal of facial shine
  9. Smoothing of wrinkles on clothing (subject to the nature of the fabric)

I also correct the background to smooth out wrinkles, spots, and any artifacts that may appear.

Additional Photos

If you prefer more enhancements to your photos, I contract with an outside retouching service. The cost per photo is $30 including tax and can include these extras:

  • Braces removal
  • Acne retouch
  • Solid background replacement (a different color than the one in the photo)

Photo Retouching and Delivery

Once you’ve made your selections, I’ll begin the retouching process. You will recieve and email notification when your retouched images are added to your gallery and ready for download.

Gallery Availability

Your gallery will be live until June 30th, 2025. Make sure to download your retouched images before this date. After June 30th, the gallery will be taken down.

FAQ

My gallery contains my images + someone else’s. What should I do?

Please email me as soon as possible and I can make adjustments. Since we had intermittent internet access across the hotel’s wi-fi, some of the names may not have been transmitted correctly before the photographing process. This is easy to fix. While I spot-checked the names on the photos taken, I may have missed someone across the hundreds of photos. Thank you for notifying me.

Will there be a watermark on my finished photos?

No, the watermarks only show in the gallery. Your final photos will be watermark-free.

I have a concern about my photos, how can I best reach you?

If you have any questions or need assistance with your gallery, please email hello@annestephensonphoto.com. If you haven’t heard back in 48 hours, please reach out at 720.443.3488. I often have sessions on evenings and weekends, such as weddings, which run long hours. I will get back to you as soon as I can.
