Conduct and Performance

While Colorado has eased or eliminated various COVID-19 based restrictions on businesses, the conduct and performance of the services offered by Anne Stephenson Photo & Narrative are subject to those rules in place at the time of performing the photography services.

At times, due to the scope of social distancing restrictions in place during the time of photography services, certain aspects of interaction between the photographer and clients may need to be altered.

Anne Stephenson Photo & Narrative and its associates will abide by the social distancing measures in force at the time of the session or event and ask that our clients and their parties do the same to help decrease the risk of COVID-19 exposure or transmission.

Rescheduling Policies

Retainer

30% of the total wedding or event price is due at the time of booking.

This retainer amount is non-refundable.

Rescheduling Event Dates

Wedding and event dates can be re-scheduled in full for one time with no penalty.

Any additional reschedules will incur a $500 non-refundable fee.

This amount is not applied to the total balance owed.

Split Coverage

A split wedding coverage is when a couple decides to hold a small ceremony on their wedding date and move the remaining hours to a reception in the future.

In these situations all planning for split dates need to be discussed and approved in advance.

Hours are considered continuous once booked on a wedding day.

Additional travel time may need to be accounted for in the timeline.

Travel fees may also apply if the client chooses a new city or venue for their day.

Responsibility of Communicating Changes

It is the clients’ responsibility to confirm any changes in plans with Anne Stephenson Photo & Narrative.

Moving wedding or event dates or plans without confirming availability or approval of change in plans will not entitle clients to refunds

Pricing

Wedding and event date pricing is locked for 12 months past the original booked date.

Clients looking to reschedule more than 12 months beyond the original wedding date may need to rebook at new rates, if applicable.
